Erwin Stengele joined DWS in 2008. From 2008 to 2014, Mr Stengele served as a staff member of the Process and Transition Management Team at the Asset Management Operations department. Since 2010 he has been a member of the Workers’ Council of DWS Investment Group, which he chairs since March 2022. He also chairs the Works Committee (Betriebsausschuss) and is a member of the Economic Committee (Wirtschaftsausschuss) as well as the Deputy Chairman of the Remuneration and Working Time Committee.
Before joining DWS, Mr Stengele worked at Deloitte as a Senior Auditor (Financial Services) and for Lidl as a District Manager.
