Professional career

Stephan Accorsini joined Deutsche Bank Group in 1988 and DWS in 1997. After working in operations in various functions, he served as a project and process manager for IT Implementations, fund and custodian migrations, business integration projects, optimization projects, process improvements and new control processes. Additionally, he has been a member of the Workers’ Council of DWS Investment Group since 1998 and is currently a Deputy Chairman of the Workers’ Council, the Spokesman of the Economic Committee (Wirtschaftsausschuss) and a member of the Workers’ Council of the Deutsche Bank Group.
