In the interests of best governance and transparency, we plan to ask the General Meeting regularly to vote on our executive compensation system. Pursuant to the German Stock Corporation Act (Aktiengesetz) such voting will first become mandatory at the Annual General Meeting in 2021 (compensation system for members of the management board and compensation for members of the supervisory board) and 2022 (compensation report) respectively.
