The Compensation Report outlines the principles of the compensation system for the members of the Executive Board and Supervisory Board as well as the level and structure of the compensation.
In the interests of best governance and transparency, the General Meeting regularly votes on our executive compensation system, the compensation of the Supervisory Board members and the Compensation Report.
The result of the audit of the Compensation Report included in the Summarized Management Report and the related disclosures for the financial year from January 1 to December 31, 2021, is part of the section “Independent Auditor’s Report” in our annual report which is available on our website at https://group.dws.com/ir/reports-and-events/annual-report/.
